We know these are challenging times for you and your loved ones. Like you, our utmost concern is for the health and well-being of each of our patients and to ensure our staff is healthy and able to continue to care for patients. With that being said, we continue to take all necessary cautionary measures and are strictly adhering to and implementing all CDC recommendations and guidelines. We continue to also work with local and state agencies as we fight Covid-19. During this time we also recognize how important it is to keep the lines of communication open to give you peace of mind while we continue to meet the care needs of your loved ones at our facility. As such, the facility will be providing updates on new developments as they take place on this page to keep you updated.

We received results that 1 employee tested positive from mass testing. The employee who tested positive is on leave until they are cleared to return to work. All residents and staff continue to be monitored for signs and symptoms of Covid-19. We are adhering to the infection control guidelines as outlined by public health.

We received results that 1 of our staff members tested positive. We do not have any active positive residents in-house. All residents continue to be monitored for signs and symptoms of Covid-19. The staff that tested positive is on leave until they get cleared to return to work.

The facility has new developments relative to COVID-19. We have learned that 1 employee has tested positive for COVID-19. As such, we are continuing to work with Public Health and various local agencies to stop the spread of COVID-19. The employee who tested positive is off work and will not return until cleared to return.

As Glendale Healthcare Center continues to receive test results from the facility-wide testing of both residents and staff, the facility received notification that 2 residents tested positive. The residents however are not currently in the facility.
